The Construction Management Optimization of Light-current Engineering Based on Network Planning Technology
The thesis is trying to analysis, program and optimize the office building light-current engineering construction project of A corporation. I used the critical path method in network planning technology and found the critical path. I also adopted the measure of process decomposition, Stereoscopic operation, time switch and the quality of workers advance to compress the operating time of the critical path. It has been found that using the network planning technology in the construction has effectively compressed the time of the project and saved cost, thus it has relieved the pressure of the management what with the construction and largely reduced the losses of the enterprise during construction period. It can be concerned that network planning technology is very efficient in todays construction project, especially for the small-scale enterprises.
