The Information System of Spot-checking System

摘要：

The spot-checking system is a new pattern about the decision-making for equipment maintenance. This paper introduces the characteristics, types of equipment spot-checking system, and analyzes spot-checking maintenance workflow. Through collecting the information on spot-spot-checking, the deterioration trend may be formed to take the equipment analysis as the master line, decision-making network system of equipment management has be set up by the system of expert diagnoses and the optimization maintenance, the key information on key equipment may be reflected correctly and the equipment deteriorated situation and movement, maintenance condition, provide the technical basis for the device management decision-making.
