Parametric Modeling of Less-teeth Gear Based on Pro/ENGINEER

摘要：

In order to find the efficient and accurate modeling method for Less-teeth gear. This paper describes briefly the derivation of tooth profile curve, and gives the accurate profile curve of less-teeth gear by the principle of generating method. Then on the basis of the In-depth analysis on the basic parameters size relationship accurate equation of tooth profile, described the method and point of parametric modeling of Less-teeth gear in the Pro/NGINEER. Using this method, we can quickly get the accurate model of gear under different parameters.
