Analysis of Dynamic and Static Characteristics for Large Structure Parts of Grinding Machine for Nuclear Power Vessel
For agile design of 6 axes heavy duty grinding machine for high-pressure vessel of nuclear power, the paper established the 3D solid digital model of grinding machine based on parametric design criterion by Pro/E, and calculated the result of static and vibration model analysis on large structure parts of grinding machine with the ANSYS, compared stress distortion and vibration frequency, gained better structure and strength for these parts.
