Research on Modeling the Machining Error Propagation and Clustering Analysis Based on Complexity Network
In the multistage machining processes (MMPs), the final quality of part is influenced by a series of machining processes where there are some complex correlations, so it is necessary and important to research the rule of machining error propagation to ensure the machining quality. For this issue, a machining error propagation model is proposed. By complexity analysis, the key controlled processes are obtained in MMPs. In order to detect the rule of the error propagation, the GN algorithm is adopted to gain the clusters of machining error propagation network(MEPN). The methods mentioned above are applicable to such condition that there are large numbers of processes ncluded in processing technology. At last, a simple example is used to verify the proposed method.
