A New Occupation-Based Teaching Evaluation Method Based on GAHP
In the Occupation-based teaching, the teachers creates real occupational working environment and devises relevant standards for workplace culture by carrying out scenario practice teaching. While class teaching evaluation is one of important matures to improve the teaching quality and promote the teachers to enhance their teaching ability. However, at present evaluation of teaching is still largely follows the old way which is mainly teacher-centered and knowledge-based. By analyzing the requirements of occupation-based eaching and the modern class teaching evaluation in business and economic college, we design a new class evaluation method based on the third party mechanism and GAHP (Group Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. To make the evaluation index objective and fair, the authors establish scientific principles and try to seek related theory foundation. On the basis of traditional AHP and with the help of the Yaahp0.52 0.51 software and using arithmetic mean to agglutinate the Matrixes, we calculate out the result of the application case. Through this kind of evaluation method and mechanism, we can ensure the evaluation result to be objective and impartial as far as possible.
