The Determinations of R &D Expenditures in High-tech Industry Based on the Principal Components Regression Analysis-emppirical study on electronic information industry

摘要：

This article will present five determinations of the R&D expenditure in the high technology industry. On the basis of 1995-2008, Yearbook of high technology industry and e hundred ranking, we get electronic information industry data. By constructing the model, we use principal component egression method to do an empirical study on the data. At last, this article will get some conclusions and some policy suggestions based on this study.
