The Application of MAC in Position Servo Control System

摘要：

Taking the voice coil linear motor as an example, this paper is trying to introduce the model algorithm control(MAC) into Position Servo Control System. By model building of MAC and parameter tuning of simulation experiments, the results show that Model algorithmic control of the robust features is also suitable for high-precision position servo control system without overshoot.
