BEARING BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS OF CORRODED REINFORCED CONCRETE ROOF BOARDING
In a large industrial plant,by reliability testing of a large roof boarding which its steel protection layer has been shedding in last 40 years, mechanical properties analysis of corroded reinforced concrete member was be on include cohesiveness and capacity. The results as listed below: (1) the reinforcing bar stress of rib of slab which intact protective coating is larger than detached. (2) Before main reinforcement yield, the deformation of rib of slab which appears light concrete breakage is larger than heavy; after main reinforcement yield, the conclusion is contrary. (3) In the wake of reinforcing bar corroded, the strength and rigidity of roof slab decreased. (4) Steel corrosion impacts on bearing capacity of the roof slab significantly, and the more corrosion is,the greater reduction occurs. Above conclusion may become an assessment standard which used for judging member can use normally or not. At the same time,it offers some support for properties assessment.
