PERFORMANCE AND ENERGY BASED DESIGN METHOD FOR THE BUILDING STRUCTURES WITH THE ENERGY DISSIPATION BRACINGS

摘要：

A new method to determine the number and distribution of the energy dissipation bracings for the building structures has been proposed in this paper,which is based on energy balance and performance design. A 20storey benchmark building has been used as the example to demonstrate this method.
