DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION OF GIRDER STRUCTURE BASED ON CURVATURE MODE AND UNIFORM DESIGN

Damage identifacation based on curvature mode is easier to locate the damages and can reflect the degree of damage qualitatively. However,an explicit equation about damage degree need be further studied. To solve this problem,uniform experiment design method is introduced,then a general damage degree detection equation for the relationship about variation of curvature mode,damage position and damage degree of each single sample which is been defined by uniform design is obtained by making regression analysis. Through analyzing sensibility of multiple damages,it is found that different damages affect variation of curvature mode rather independently,so multiple damage detection method is obtained straightforward. The results of examples show that the method has high precision and can be used in quantitative damage detection.
