A NEW-STYLE COOPERATIVE EARTHQUAKE-RESISTANCE AND DISASTER RELIEF SYSTEM FOR RURAL HOUSE IN CHINA

摘要：

After the status-quo of earthquake-resistance and disaster-relief for the rural house in China is analyzed,refering to the rural cooperative medical insurance system in China,a new Cooperative Earthquake-resistance and Disaster-relief System (CEDS) for the rural house is put forward. In this system,the earthquake risk of the rural house and the insurance expense are shared by the farmer and the government. And then,four basic aspects of the CEDS are given,the primary influencing factor to determine insurance expense is presented. By use of questionnaire investigation,the feasibility of the rural CEDS is studied,insurance expense and reasonable proportion between the farmer and the government are discussed. At last,the suggestion value of annual insurance expense for every household farmer in consideration of the economic development level and the earthquake risk environment of different rural area is presented.
