Molecular characterization of a functional type Ⅵ secretion system in Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi

摘要：

Secretion systems are efficient tools bacteria used to deliver proteins and toxins to the environment or directly into the host cells. Gramnegative bacteria have developed several secretion systems, named type I to type Ⅵ secretion system. Among them the type Ⅵ secretion system (T6SS) is newly designated and under intensive study.
