The Research Based on Innovation and Intellectual Capital Perspective of Enterprise Risk Management System Brittleness

摘要：

the crisis is the enterprise survival and development of the phenomenon. In this paper, based on the results of previous studies, combined with features of crisis management system, using SEM to explore the structure equations and the wisdom and the innovations under Capital markets enterprise risk management system of capital, human capital, innovation capital, production quality and the external environment factors and brittle and maximum entropy-based risk assessment model to establish and perfect the enterprise crisis management mechanism for assessing research.
