The Discussion on the Construction of the Human Resources Management Information System of Chinese Contemporary Enterprises
21 centuries is the time of information network, the effectiveness of human resource management is the strategy factor to promote the enterprise development. The human resource management model has been discussed firstly since in the 90s 20 centuries in this paper, that the new development trend and the developing state of Chinese human resource information management is. Then, the establishing methods、 principle, model and choice etc have been put forward that should be followed to build the e-HR. If the enterprise realized e-HR, the renewed information is and the repeated work of searching can be reduced to pledge the compatibility of information. Thus the enterprise work efficiency is raised to promote the increase of enterprise output.
