Study on Informatization of Public Scientific and Technological Resources

摘要：

By analyzing the concept of public scientific and technological resources, three levels of informatization of the resources are distinguished in this paper. The current situation, existing problems and causes during the informatization process of the resources are analyzed;and relevant actionable suggestions for informatization of the resources are proposed.
