Scientific and Technical Infrastructure Finance Mode in Public Infrastructure View

摘要：

This document first introduces public infrastructure (PI) financing status in China, and analyzes the current scientific and technical infrastructure (STI) financing patterns. Then the paper compares the PI characters with STIs, and draws a conclusion that they are similar at economical aspect and STI can be invested according to PI investment.
