The architecture of a Service-Oriented Electronic Health Record system

摘要：

With the rapid development of informationization in medical care, in the process of health promotion, diagnosis and treatment of illness, authorized health providers and individual need to access patients private lifetime record and their key health history with a rapid, secure way. So the architecture of Electronic Health Record System(EHRs) must be service oriented, support trans-regional、 cross-industry、 efficiency access. In order to solve the problem above, This paper bring forward a EHR information system architecture with service oriented and interoperable property. Explain the main structure of this EHRs as well as data registry services, EHR data services, health information access services, classified record services, data warehouse services, ancillary data services in emphasis.
