A Study of Solution Model about Cultivation Employees Loyalty in Enterprises in China

Base on the investigation questionnaire of 255 enterprise employees in china and ingredient analysis method, this research puts forward to eightfactor model of loyalty cultivation solution to enterprise employees in china. Moreover, this research not only compares the differences of the eight factors to enterprise male and female employees and also compares employees in both state-owned enterprise and privately owned enterprise. At the same time, it discloses the differences between the different types of employees.
