The Research for the Land Restored System of the Landfill
This paper systematically and thoroughly analyzed the existing problems of the garbage buried approach, such as the large consumption of land, not re-using of land, and serious environmental pollution, from multiple perspectives , and constructed the land restored system of the landfill , with the digital resources recycling module , waste paper and plastic re-used module , ecological restoration module in one. The system was made into a cyclic economy system with self-compensation through an organic collaboration among all modules, and was consistent with the economic growth model of sustainable development concept. The system achieved a fundamental change from the one way flow of traditional economic model with Resources - Production - Consumption - Waste to the feedback process of cyclic economic model with Resources - Production - Consumption - Resources, coordinated the harmonious development between man and nature, and achieved the economic benefits under the premise of guaranteeing social benefits.
