Study of Civil Aviation Disaster Warning and Safety Management Based on Causal analysis

摘要：

In this paper, people, equipment, environment and management factors of crisis, has been studied by the led-to-disaster theory, and summed up the civil aviation traffic hazard disaster risk and genetic mechanism. With early warning management theory and method, early warning systems for civil aviation security were established. Finally, prevention and control measures were analyzed.
