The Comparative Research of Employees Career Commitment in Japan and Korea
By interviewing and on spot investigating 8 companies, the paper will focus on career commitment of employees from foreign-owned enterprises in China invested by Japan and Korea. The results demonstrate that their career commitment have significant difference on length of service、 marital status and job position ,but there is no significant difference on gender、 education、 age and so on. Further, the results show that the organizational culture has less explanation ability for career commitment than organizational commitment. Suggestions for future research are presented, and certain proposals for theoretical extensions are set forth.
