Effecting factors for high yield cultivation of sweetpotato Yusu 303
In this study,the effects of planting density,transplanting date and potassium fertilization on integrated performance and yield traits of sweetpotato variety Yusu303 were tested using the orthogonal design to provide the theoretical support for high-yielding and highefficiency sweetpotato production. The results indicated that the highest yield was from the Treatment No. 9,reaching 42705 kg/hm~2. The yields were decreased significantly or very significantly as the planting date was delayed. Furthermore, the middle-low planting density and more potassium fertilization were advantageous to the yieldincreasing of sweetpotato. Among the factors tested,the one that showed the most significant effect on the yield of sweetpotato was the planting date.
