Extracting proteins from sweetpotato vines and leaves of Faba beans

摘要：

Leaf proteins from sweetpotato (SP) vines and Faba bean plants were extracted with heat coagulation. The results showed that the extraction rates of protein from SP vines and Faba bean plants were 20.74％ and 10.92％ (DM base) respectively;the crude protein in SP vines and Faba bean leaves were 36.71％ and 58.95％, respectively.
