Principal factor analysis and cluster analysis on nutritional components in sweetpotato
Analysis of main nutritional components in 86 sweetpotato varieties was carried out in this study. The coefficient correlation matrix of nutritional components showed that there was significant or extremely significant correlation among main nutritional components. The contribution rate of top five characteristic roots reached 80. 27%. Five principal factors were obtained from the loading matrix. With cluster analysis,86 sweetpotato varieties were divided into 8 clusters by 5 principal factors.
