Modernized saving-based equipment and technology for sweet potato processing

摘要：

This paper analyzes the production and existing problems of sweetpotato industry in current situation. It focuses on introducing a modernized, completely closed, cost saving-based equipment and technology of sweetpotato starch production. Finally the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on quick and healthy development of sweetpotato industry in the future.
