Analysis of the Reasons and Response Mechanism of China Travel Agents Tourism Crisis
Using a crisis management theory, combining with operational characteristics of travel agents, this paper defines the connotation of travel agents tourism crisis(TC), explains the background of the TC, analyzes the current situation of TC of the travel agencies. This paper also analyzes the reasons for the formation of the TC from both internal and external environment of China travel agencies, further researches of crisis response mechanism of China travel agencies, and proposes to build the framework of the management system and the prevention strategies of the TC for the travel agencies.
