The Development of Zhejiang Private EnterprisesOutward Foreign Direct Investment Development and Its Countermeasures
In recent years, the development of Zhejiang private enterprises outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) was rapid. This article has analyzed the trend of development of Zhejiang Private enterprises OFDI, its regional distribution as well as the industrial structure, and based on these, the article suggest the government to strengthen the government macroscopic instruction, to encourage the private enterprises to become listed companies overseas to get financial support, to develop special service systems for private enterprises, and to perfect related legal systems. The paper also suggest the enterprises to strengthen their technological innovation ability, to speed up the training of professionals, to study the international conventions, rules as well as the relevant policies of the host country earnestly and so on.
