The Independent Research and Development, Technology Acquisition and Innovation Achievements of Low-and-medium Technology

摘要：

Since low-and-medium technology will be in a very significant position in our industrial economies for a long time, how to improve its technology ability becomes very important to the national economy. On the basis of literature review, this paper establishes a regression model to analysis the relationship between Technology Acquisition, Independent Research and Innovation Achievements of Low-and-medium Technology. The result indicates that the proportion of science and technology agency has a positive influence on the innovation achievements of low-and-medium technology, the proportion of scientists and engineers has little influence, and that only by connecting foreign Technology Acquisition with Independent Research and Development can enhance the innovation achievements of low-and-medium technology. Based on empirical research, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
