Research the Process of Urbanization Based on SMEs Development

摘要：

This paper tries to build microperspective, small and medium-enterprises are the main carrier of economic elements aggregation and major media of urban-rural integration. We analysis the role of enlarge the quantity of cities. We discussed the driving force of SMEs promote urbanization from optimization the urban industrial structural; propel technology progress to promote the harmony development between environment and urbanization. For different kinds of SMEs, the government should provide the relative policies to promote aggregation development and they also rely on the technology incubator and private capital. And thus promote the process of urbanization.
