Research on Methods of Training Transnational Operation Talent in Chinese SMEs
Transnational operation talent is one of the key elements for Chinese SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to implement the strategy of Going Global. Interviews and questionnaires are employed in this research in investigating typical SMEs located in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, where SMEs are concentrated. An understanding of the status quo of transnational operation talent and method of training them has been gained, and based on this, a competence model for transnational operation talent in SMEs has been constructed and concrete goals of training talents and method of implementation have been raised.
