Current Situation of Harmonious Enterprises and Research on the Dynamic Power for Its Construction
Harmonious enterprises simply means a balanced developmental state in which all parts and components consisting an enterprise are intercoordinated. Its fundamental characters are lawful operation, scientific development, fair coordination, unity and good order, trustworthy cooperation, safety benefits, better environment and service for the society. The core is to achieve balance in terms of economic, environmental and social benefits by promoting harmony inside and outside of enterprises so as to realize a sustainable and coordinated development. As a crucial component of national economy, enterprises sustainable development decides the scale and speed of social economys development as well as its quality and capability. Only by achieving sustainable development of enterprises can the whole society achieve a sustainable economy. Given the current situation that most of our enterprises are far from being perfect, it takes unremitting efforts to establish harmonious enterprises.
