Employees Development of Small and Medium Enterprises-BUCOE Case Study
Development for the staff is aimed at improving the attitudes, values, and skills of the staff so that they can identify and implement development strategies and adapt to internal and external change. The employees development of SME in China is worse compared to large institutes. The paper focuses on employees development in SME on the basis of Beijing-USA College of English case study. The main development methods are as follows: formal education, assessment, job experiences, and interpersonal relationship. Development is aimed at preparing employees for a career within SME. SME must be in place a comprehensive plan to promote staff development and an effective strategy to implement it.
