The Defects and Reconstruction of Human Resource Management in Small and Medium-Sized Family Enterprises

摘要：

There are many defects such as human resource management system, human resource allocation, talent cognition, and talent structure and incentive mechanism in small and medium-sized family enterprises human resource management. Therefore, family enterprises must carry out innovation in management which will be revolved around human resource management system, talent selection mechanism, training management system, incentive mechanism and enterprise culture construction etc. and establish scientific management of modern human resources management mode.
