Study on HRM Outsourcing Optimization of SMEs
Owing to the limitation in scale, capital and managerial expertise, SMEs opt for HRO, for it is one of the effective ways to lower costs and sharpen enterprises competitive edge. Facts have proved that such a move sometimes cant yield good results as expected for SMEs compared with those for large-scale enterprises, on the contrary, such practice sometimes makes management in disorder. It is essential for the success of HRO to make a right decision on outsourcing projects and the selection of outsourcing service providers, and to ensure the effective communication in the process concerned.
