Study on the Skilled Personnel Training of County Vocational Education in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs)
This paper analyses that the skilled personnel receiving the county vocational education is the important element in the development of SMEs. It explains the measures and methods that the government, vocational schools, and SMEs increasing investment in vocational education, creating a sound environment for vocational education, changing educational concepts, adjusting the set-up of professional curriculum, reinforcing the construction of vocational education teachers and improving occupational training of employees. It also discusses the way to provide SMEs with high-quality labors and build a county vocational education system with balanced development.
