The Research on the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Work Performance
Job performance is basic for the enterprise development. The proposal of POS provides a new view for the research of individual performance, that is to say, the enterprise should stand in employees position to reexamine the relations between the organization and employees. It is helpful to overcome the limitation, that unilateral emphasis on commitment that employees promise to the organization but ignorance or little attention to the commitment that the organization promises to employees. According to previous researches, this article divides POS into three dimensions: the narrow sense of perceived organizational support, the POS from supervisor, the POS from colleagues, and then proposed the theoretical model that the POS influences work performance. Based on this, this article proposes suggestions for human resources.
