Research on Crisis Management of Chinas Food Enterprises

The lack of crisis management awareness of enterprises has caused serious issues of product safety, and this directly or indirectly makes food enterprises face with frequent crises, and finally affect the sustainable development of enterprises or industries. Therefore, this paper first analyzed the status of crisis management of Chinas food enterprises, and then revealed the internal and external reasons for frequent enterprise crises. Finally, the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures.
