The Research on Construction Project Risks of Engineering Service Enterprises
Abstracts: Engineering service enterprises, which are highly related to owners in the construction activities, can influence the decision-making and effectiveness of construction projects. So the purpose of this article is to analyze project risk allocation principles and the main risks faced by different stakeholders, especially by the engineering service firms, propose measures to solve these risks and provide references to enterprise decision makers from the perspective of stakeholders.
