Employee Satisfaction Research of Commercial Retail Enterprises
Employee Satisfaction is one of the key factors that affect the employee performance and the achievement of the company objective. Improve employee satisfaction, Stimulate activity, creativity and enthusiasm of the employee, is the key work of Human Resource Management. We obtained the factors that affect employee satisfaction by analyzes the existing literature, Including Employees own factors, organizational systems factors, leadership, workfamily conflict, organization political behavior, and the type of psychological contract between staff and company, and some other aspects.
