A Study of Supporting Methods and Effects of Public Financial Aid on Agricultural Guarantee Agencies
Agriculture is the basis of national economy, and the problems facing Chinas agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been the focus in the field of Chinese economy. When deepening the construction of a new socialist countryside, people find the demand for increasing investment accordingly increases. Agricultural guarantee agencies play an active role in helping farmers and rural enterprises get loans. However, the outsider nature of guarantee agencies and the uniqueness of rural credit call for public financial support. The author analyzes the crucial importance of running guarantee agencies from the perspective of info asymmetry, and then elaborates on deeper problems in current agricultural guarantee agencies. The author also proposes suggestions on the policy-making of above agencies.
