The Discussion of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Financing Problems in Hebei Province

摘要：

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) plays a very important role in promoting economic development in Hebei province , but financing straits have caused a majority of the main problems to SMEs. The article bases the analysis on the financing difficulties of SMEs in Hebei province, from three aspects: the enterprise itself, government policies and institutional environment, financial institutions to explore the deep reasons, and it also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
