A Conflict Prevention Team Building System and Its Partnership Disbanding Parameter Design with Call Option--Based on Gradual and Deniable Partnership Using Financial Derivatives
In many start-ups, the entrepreneurial team spends a lot of time to coordinate internal conflict. Because of internal instability, a number of business opportunities had to be abandoned. Our core and simple ideal is : although the reasons cause internal conflict varied widely, when conflict is severe, we can adjust the conflict related members in more far distance, when conflicts become weaken or vanished, then they can gradually try more close corporation, thus sometime go forward, sometime retrocede, after this kind of running, gradually form a core entrepreneurial team. In the process of adjustment, the most difficult is the disbanding of partnership, that is, when an individual want to quit from close partnership, or the entrepreneurial team want someone to exit, where conflicts often occur and become intractable, thus greatly reduce team performance, in many cases lead to complete failure of the entrepreneurial team. In view of these situations, we propose the frame of the Commonwealth of Independent Individuals, to guide the formation of entrepreneurial team building. Based on our paper that designs the price parameters of exit asked by individuals, we study another main style of exit: the entrepreneurial team want someone to exit partnership and adjust to a more loose cooperation relationship, utilize financial call option theory, propose the design method of exit parameters, quantitatively evaluate the interest redistribution effect of exit parameters to both sides.
