An Analysis of the Undertaking Financing of Medium and Small-scale Enterprises in Developed Countries
This paper concentrates on the undertaking financing of medium and small-scale enterprises in developed countries, makes an international comparative analysis of the channels and modes of liability financing and equity financing, and the overall features of the financing of these enterprises, and finally draw the conclusions that the undertaking financing modes of medium and small-scale enterprises appear to rely heavily on internal financing, external financing is mainly liability financing, and that medium and small-scale enterprises resort frequently to commercial credit and informal channels of financing. The establishment of regional credit guarantee agency is to build small and medium business corporate finance system and indispensable part of the system, multi-level capital market system is the financing of small and medium business enterprises need to add.
