Study on Financing Channels Construction of Agro-related SMEs in China
In recent years, Agro-related SMEs has played an important role in the agriculture prosperity, rural area development and peasant enrichment. However, shortage of start-up and development funds has blocked the development of agro-related SMEs. Based on related financing channel theories of enterprises at home and abroad, the author analyzes the situation on financing channel selection of agro-related enterprises in china, making a conclusion that is agro-related enterprises use informal financing channel as main one but which is too narrow and lack of rights and initiatives for option. Then puts forward suggestions on improvement of agrorelated SMEs financial service system, legalization and regulation of informal financing channels, strengthening on internal financing capacity, establishment of credit, guarantee, insurance and other service system in rural areas ,etc.
