Research on the Developing Circular Economy of YNCC

摘要：

Achievements in energy-saving and emissionreduction of YNCC is comparatively notable, which are the important aspects of circular economy. It is the technology innovation and the rules and the regulations innovation that help YNCC obtain these achievements. That without the circular technology innovation, the emission-reduction or the three wastes reduction targets cannot be realized, and that without the noncircular technology innovation, the circular technology innovation is probably difficult to be carried out have been obtained in the conclusion.
