Study on Upgrading Mode and Path Choice of Small-Medium Enterprise Clusters Based on Supply Chain Management
Small-medium enterprises clusters play very important role in the process of development of national economy, it also has the important practical significance to promote the upgrade of small-medium enterprises clusters. On the basis of analyzing the related characteristics of supply chain management and small-medium enterprises clusters, this paper puts forward upgrade mode of small-medium enterprises clusters based on supply chain management from two aspects of the cluster internal organization and cluster external participation, finally under the guidance of supply chain management concept, it proposes the strategy of upgrading paths on small-medium enterprises clusters, separately from several aspects of the industrial chain in the cluster, the organizational connections of eterprises, the partners, the construction of selforganization faculty and so on.
