Ways to Develop Industrial Cluster of Sports Product Manufacturing Enterprises in Hebei Province
In order to solve the problems of restricted development in sports product manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province and seek ways to realize sound and rapid development in it, this paper analyzed the advantages of sports product manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province based on the theory of industrial cluster and the present problems of sports product manufacturing industry from the angle of Industry Economics, such as: loose industrial chain, short upstream and downstream industry chain, small-sized enterprises, geographic gathering but not industrial aggregation, poor innovative capability and insufficient independent technologies, weak brand awareness and lower market share, disordered competition, inefficient management and deficient human resources. The paper shows us the following opinions: developing sports product manufacturing industry in the mode of industrial cluster can enhance competitiveness of every entity in industrial cluster and reduce their cost and promote production efficiency and technology innovation; it can also enhance competitiveness of region thus promoting the development of regional economy, furthermore promoting the development of sports product manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.
