Study on SMEs Cluster Model Based on the Third-party EC Platform

摘要：

With the development of SMEs cluster, it comes into being a trend of paying regard to congregating and ignoring combining. To resolve this problem, A thinking of optimizing SMEs cluster based on IT and EC platform should be built. Therefore, this article designs the frame of SMEs cluster model based on the third-party platform, and analyses this models critical success factors.
