Predicament and Countermeasure of Leveraging the Innovation Capability of SMEs in Fujian Province--A Study Based on the Theory of Total Innovation Management

摘要：

This paper analyzed the present situation of innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) in Fujian province. It introduced and applied the theory of Total Innovation Management(TIM) to discuss the main problems existing in innovation of SMEs in Fujian province. At the end,several measurements were proposed to leverage innovation capability of SMEs in Fujian province from the perspective of TIM.
